What's about Feature Length Competition and Short Length Competition?
These two competitions have aimed to cultivate and encourage filmmakers for next generations as the main category from the first edition in 2004.
We will call for submissions entertaining and with new expressions in digital internationally in Feature Length Competition and domestically in Short Length Competition.
After the pre-selection, all the nominees will be screened during the festival and through the final selection each award will be given to the filmmakers at the closing ceremony. In 2009 edition, 1,004 films were submitted from over 77 countries.
* Feature Length Competition(International) ... Running time must be 70 minutes or longer.
* Short Length Competition(Domestic) ... Running time must be between 15 minutes and 30 minutes.
Note: Short Length Competition is eligible for only domestic films.
Selection: System and Members
Pre-Selection
Pre-selection members consist of film professionals and each nominees will be selected by the pre-selection committee.
Final Selection
Final selection committee consisted of domestic and international film professionals will select the films to be awarded.

All nominations will be screened by 4K digital cinema projector during the festival - the absolute best screening environment.
