Special Screenings

In this section we present new forms of theatrical digital entertainment. The Place I Can Hear Your Heartbeat is a Livespire presentation of a performance by a theatrical troupe Caramel Box from their November 2008 season (to be released theatrically in the fall 2009). Plus, continuing from the previous editions, we present two Cinema Kabuki titles, Renjishi and Rakuda. Enjoy new forms of digital entertainment that let you experience the concerts and the theater performances with you-are-there intensity and excitement on a big screen. A potential for digital cinema continues to expand.

World Premier

A TV writer Norihiko Nemuro is forty years old and divorced. His ex-wife and their daughter Ibuki live in Sapporo. Before Christmas season, Ibuki suddenly visits her father. She was five when Norihiko parted, and now she has turned nineteen.
