Katya, the head of the PR department of the Moscow Police, proposes to broadcast a capture of the gang robbers as a reality TV show to restore the force's reputation. The world tunes in to see what will happen as the police try to arrest the gangs, but the outlaws have plans of their own.

Anders Banke
Born 1969 in Sweden, Banke studied film directing at the Russian State Institute of Cinematography. He cut his teeth on a number of short films, music videos, and commercials before making his feature film debut with the teenage vampire horror-comedy Frostbite (2006). The film has screened at 50 international film festivals and has won multiple festival awards, including the grand prize at Fantasporto. His second feature film, Newsmakers (2009), has screened at Tribeca Film Festival and many others.
