This year, 11 short works were selected from among 328 submissions. Join us to view the works of a young generation of filmmakers in digital shot cinema. We welcome an acclaimed actor Masanobu Takashima as Jury President of short length competition. 5 members of "Citizens' Circle to Support SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL" will join him and present 3 awards at the awarding ceremony.
