Yamato is an eighth grader who has a crash on his friend Harumi’s visiting aunt Sakura. When he discovers that the reason for her visit is due to a miscarriage, he decides to challenge the man who is responsible for.

Director/Mio Taniguchi

Born in Kyoto, Taniguchi studied filmmaking at New Cinema Workshop. In 2010, she directed Namakemono wa tabenai, a short film about a young boy and an aging war veteran. The script of Vengeance was selected for a scholarship program at New Cinema Workshop and she directed the film.

Hajime visits the grave everyday, but Yasumi who rests under the grave is not so appreciative of his visits. A midsummer slapstick turns into something unexpected. This animation piece depicts life and death of all living things, encounters along the way, and subsequent rebirth of life.

監督写真Numata specializes in short animation with its main focus on storytelling. He graduated from Tama Art University. His credits include Kowakunai, Do Not Stand at My Grave; I Am There! and others. He handles sales of his own animations via his website and conducts various activities including Roadside Animation.

Shinji used to be bullied when he was in high school . He decides to at tend the reunion and discovers that the one who desires to meet him the most is Himeoka, the classmate who was responsible for the bullying.

Director/Yuya Nakaizumi

Born 1979, Nakaizumi began his career as an actor in 2001. He started making films with his screenwriter partner Kei Kumate and Enzai is his first directorial effort. In 2011, he has formed film_puzzle, a filmmakers collaborative which produces one film every two months.
