Hiroko, a high school student, witnesses a scene that suggests her father’s infidelity. Her mother also seems anxious and troubled. Hiroko decides to restore her dysfunctional family, which has become just a façade.

Born April 7th, 1980 in Hyogo, Shiode studied at New Cinema Workshop and took the Creator Advanced Course. He formed a filmmaker collaborative Grand Master Company and directed various films and promotional videos.

Born 1983 in Saitama. Kanai’s first feature film Courtship (2009) screened at SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL. He also directed a short Pedaru no yukue (2009) as part of the New Directions in Japanese Cinema program and another short Transferring, which won various awards at domestic and international festivals. His second feature film Yurusenai aitai will open theatrically this year.

Taka lost his parents in a tsunami and now lives in a temporal housing complex. A letter from his wife and his daughter, who live in the Philippines, is delivered late and Taka decides to visit them.
